This policy explains what we collect through the workflow intake form on this website, why we collect it, and how we handle it. It applies only to the Wolfen Consulting Services website.
What we collect
When you submit the intake form, we collect the information you enter:
- Your name
- Your company
- Your work email
- The software your business currently uses
- The workflow you would like to improve
- Approximate volume or timing (optional)
We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising trackers on this site, and we do not ask for more than the fields above.
Why we collect it
We use this information to evaluate whether an integration fits your situation and to prepare for a conversation with you. We use it to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell it.
Please do not submit sensitive information
The intake form is for describing your workflow at a high level. Do not submit passwords, credentials, confidential business records, financial account details, or private information about your clients or customers. If a workflow involves sensitive details, leave them out of the form and we will discuss them appropriately later.
How long we keep it
We keep your submission only as long as needed to follow up on your inquiry and any work that may follow from it.
